Eligibility for Returns

  1. Return Window:

    • Domestic Orders (United States): Requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.
    • International Orders: Requests must be initiated within 10 days of receiving the item.
  2. Condition for Returns:

    • Items must be in the same condition as received, including all tags, packaging, and authentication certificates (if applicable).
    • Items missing security tags or that show signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for returns.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Items marked “Final Sale” or “No Returns” on the product page.
    • Items sold at 40% or more off the original price.
    • Beauty products, swimwear, and intimate items.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Online Returns:

    • Log in to your LuxMercury account and navigate to the My Purchases section.
    • Select the relevant order and click Return/Cancel.
    • Complete the return request form, including the reason for the return, and submit it.
  2. Return Confirmation:

    • Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
    • A prepaid shipping label may be provided, and $15.00 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping costs (applicable for U.S. orders only).
  3. Return Timeline:

    • All approved returns must be shipped back to LuxMercury within 7 days of RMA approval. Returns received after this period may not be processed.

Refunds

  1. Processing Time:
    Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and passes the quality check.

  2. Refund Methods:

    • Prepaid orders (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay): Refunded to the original method of payment.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer, with any associated bank fees borne by the buyer.
  3. Exclusions:

    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • Customs duties, taxes, and fees paid for international orders are non-refundable.
  4. International Orders:

    • Refunds for international transactions will be processed in USD. Exchange rate fluctuations are the responsibility of the buyer.

Cancellations

  1. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  2. If the order has already been shipped, it may only be returned following the standard return process.

Items Not Eligible for Returns

  1. Items missing security tags or authentication certificates.
  2. Items marked as Final Sale or purchased under a promotion clearly stating "No Returns".
  3. Items returned outside the specified timeframes.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact usamercuryluxury@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos and details of the issue, and we will assist in resolving it promptly.


Return Process Timeline

  • Return Approval: 2-3 business days after request submission.
  • Quality Check & Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Bank/Credit Card Processing: Refunds may take an additional 5-14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
